1. Delivery Methods

Standard Home Delivery

  • Free delivery on all orders AED 200 and above within our delivery network.

  • For orders below AED 200, a delivery fee of AED 15 applies.

Express Delivery

  • Need your order urgently? Choose our Express Delivery option.

  • Eligible orders placed before 4 PM will be delivered within 4 hours on the same day.

  • Free for orders above AED 1000.

  • For orders below AED 1000, a AED 49 charge applies.

  • Available only on select products and delivery locations.

Click & Collect (Store Pickup)

  • Shop online and pick up your items at your nearest Ceratouch Electronic store.

  • Select your preferred store during checkout and collect at your convenience.

  • This service is free of charge.

  • Orders not collected within 5 days of purchase will be automatically cancelled.

2. Installation Services

Our trained installation team ensures your appliances and electronics are set up correctly for optimal performance.

  • Please note: Not all products automatically qualify for free installation. Availability may vary depending on the product.

  • For confirmation, kindly check the product page or contact our team before placing your order.

  • If a product is not eligible for free installation, we offer professional installation at a nominal cost.

3. Delivery & Installation Areas

We provide delivery and installation services across the UAE, except in ODA (Outside Delivery Areas).

To check if your location is covered:

  • Enter your address during checkout.

  • If outside our delivery range, we’ll notify you and may cancel the order.

4. Other Terms

    • Policy Updates: Ceratouch Electronic reserves the right to update delivery and installation terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

    • Customer Agreement: By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
