  • If your order has not arrived within 5–7 business days, kindly contact our customer service team for support.

Pick-Up Option

  • Self pick-up or third-party courier collection is not available at our warehouses.

  • This policy ensures our distribution centers can operate smoothly and dispatch orders efficiently.
