Un-Claimable Products
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
- Products sold at special discounted prices (e.g., Marked Down Items, Flash Sales, Seasonal Sales, Special Offers, Daily Deals, Open Box, Today’s Deals, etc.).
- Free-size or multicolor items (e.g., products listed as free-size, assorted colors, assorted designs) since size, design, or color availability cannot be guaranteed.

Return & Replacement Policy
To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure the product meets the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
Eligibility:
- Customers may claim a return if the product is faulty, damaged, or not functional within 3 days of delivery.
- If you are dissatisfied with the product (other than sale or discounted items), you may request a replacement only with another item of equal or higher value. Delivery charges will apply.
- Shipping fees and payment processing charges are non-refundable.
Replacement Procedure
- Approved Claims: If the product is confirmed as faulty under the policy, a replacement will be initiated.
- Not Approved: If the item is not faulty and the claim is based on personal preference, a pickup fee of AED 20 and delivery charges for the replacement product will apply.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Customized or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive the wrong item, or if the product is defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the replacement item once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval:
- If approved: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
